Local Precinct LIFT Strategy
Mobilization By Precinct
A Precinct Activation Team consists of 4 individuals that facilitate a 15 block area.
The precinct strategy is easily adoptable to one person when necessary.
Local Precinct Captain
a> Weekly meets with team members.
b> Keeps the team informed concerning available tools and how to use them.
c> Maintains a timeline.
d> Communicates to regional facilitators concerning updates and needs.
e> Retrieves local data from the county concerning their area maps and street locations.
f> Maintains demographics concerning local candidates, issues, map and street designation within their precinct.
g> Formulates a local "Get Out To Vote Strategy" and absentee ballots to those that wish to vote early.
Local Precinct Prayer Coordinator
As the adventure begins, the core-value of each precinct team is Christ centered UNITY, Excellence, Integrity and a Commitment to the Father ‘s Kingdom Purposes.
1> Individual DAILY PRAYER
a
> Ask for the Holy Spirit to direct your thoughts, words and actions.
b
> Set time aside to listen to what the Father is saying.
c
> Be obedient. Do whatever the Father is saying.
2> Team Prayer
a> Set a particular time aside each week to gather to pray and share.
b> Ask the Holy Spirit to give each member of the team a Scripture or two to share and declare!
c> Utilize a city, county, Compass or Thomas Map and outline and highlight your precinct area.
d> As a team, pray over your precinct map.
e> Ask the Holy Spirit to direct your steps and make time to be obedient to His leading. It may be prayer walking or another form of declaration. It may seem peculiar and different, but that is okay.
f> Pray over local issues.
g> Pray over all candidates, calling forth righteous, God-fearing, wise leaders.
h> Pray for the needs of candidates - God's provision, favor, protection, etc. for His choice.
i> Pray for the marriages and families of candidates.
3> Precinct Prayer Strategy
a> Ask the Holy Spirit for a specific day by day plan for your precinct.

> Pray for one another, how best to accomplish the task.

> Pray for wisdom and understanding when obstacles arise, how best to move through them quickly.

> Pray for the personal needs of one another.

> Ask the Holy Spirit how to best influence your area.

> Pray over the Lift Pages and how to best use them.

> Pray for the entire support staff.

> Pray over a daily timeline, so that tasks are completed in a timely manner.

> Seek the Holy Spirit how best to address negative influences that may have a spiritual grip over your area Eph.6:12

> Pray for families and the issues that oppose them. Call forth the opposite spirit of blessings and for the Holy Spirit to have rule and reign over every home.

> Walk, praise and pray.

> Knock on doors, introduce yourself, and make friends. Pray for their personal needs.

> Hand out invitations concerning neighborhood prayer gatherings.

> Get your little ones involved. Make it a family affair. Take the children along to hand out flyers and pray walk with you.

> Ask for the input of others. People have great ideas. They like to share and get involved!
Consider your adopted precinct as your Mission Field. As you pray, you will find yourself among others that hold the same concerns as yourself. They may want to become involved. Tell them what you are doing. You will find many opportunities to share Jesus Christ. Be a Light shining in the dark places, the cannot be hid!
You are about the Father's business, shod in the Good News of Peace, covered in His Joy, reflecting His Love. And people will respond.
Pray before each street visit! Ask the Holy Spirit to lead you.

Formulates door to door street teams among those willing to help.
Strategy
a> Share the precinct vision with your church. Invite others to take a precinct.
b> The local precinct Mobilizers communicate information that will lead to informed decisions at the voting booth.
c> Sets timelines for distribution of door to door bulletin hangers.
